A cooking class is meant to be a moment of sharing in which the chef offers traditional dishes from Praiano, committing himself to revealing the useful techniques for recreating these dishes at home. Guests will have at their disposal a menu from which they can choose 4 courses at will. Duration of the cooking class, held in their private accommodation, provides about 2 hours of teaching and practice, followed by the tasting of their creations. In pairing with the menu, the possibility to discover the wines from Amalfi Coast with the sommelier Matteo Silvestri. Questo corso di avvicinamento ha come scopo creare l’interesse giusto al fine di immergervi in un mondo molto complesso ma altrettanto affascinante come quello del vino.
